What does exactlly mean "Turn Around Time in Terminal" of the Gate &CY Congestion Situation Information?

"Turn Around Time in Terminal" means from "Gate in" to "Gate out" time of the trailer.
|

It does not include the waiting time of the trailer at the gate.

Is it possible to display the BL number, when searching the import container information by container number?

Because of the possibility that anyone can access to this information, we are not showing the BL number from the security aspect.

What is the maximum login time? |

After a lapse of 30 min without using the sytem, it will automatcally be logedout from the aspect of safety and workload reduction of the server. Please login to use the system again.

Why does the customs clearance information on HiTS have a time lag with NACCS?

|
First of all, KACCS ,the terminal operation system, obtains the customs information from NACCS.After processing the necessary information, the information will be uploaded to HiTS.
|

That is why there are 5 to 10 min time lag between the two systems.
|
|
|

Why can't the "FREETIME" information be showed after the version up of HiTS to Ver.3?
|
|
|
|
Due to the security aspect of shipping lines, we are not showing the "FREETIME" information of the container after the virsion up.
|
|
There are two choices to check "FREETIME" of the container. The first choice is to login to the system after obtaining a company ID and password. And the second choice is to search the information by "BL Number".
